The 2019-2020 NHL Season is just around the corner, and we will get an early taste of the action when the Preseason schedule starts September 15th. The opening game of the Preseason schedule features The Arizona Coyotes traveling to Las Vegas for a game at T-Mobile Arena. Granted, it is the first game of the preseason, so there will be a lot of rookies trying to crack the roster on both sides so we might be getting a little over-excited about the quality of play, but hey, NHL is almost back. There will be some highly touted prospects to keep an eye-on including First Overall Draft Pick – Jack Hughes who was drafted in June by the New Jersey Devils. New Jersey also traded for P.K. Subban and signed Wayne Simmonds and we expect to see an improvement and return to the post-season for Taylor Hall and company. Second Overall Draft Pick Kappo Kakko should also bring some new life to the New York Rangers along with offseason Free Agent acquisition Artemi Panarin. There were many moves to talk about during the previous offseason in the NHL, and we are chomping at the bit for the puck-to-drop so we can dive deeper into some of the results of these moves once the season gets underway. Rejoice Hockey fans, the season is almost upon us!
