The 123 edition of the French Open gets underway Sunday May 26, at the famed Stade Roland-Garros in Paris, France. The two-week tournament is considered one of the most physically demanding tournaments and is the second of four annual Grand Slam tournaments, the other three being the Australian Open, Wimbledon and the US Open. Rafael Nadal will start his campaign for a record-extending 12th title at the French Open. Nadal is coming off his first tournament win of the season with his victory last week at the Italian Open. After the Roland Garros draw, Nadal could likely faceoff against his old foe, Roger Federer, in a semi-final matchup – should both players advance through their draw as expected. Federer, in his first French Open match since 2015, is back on clay for the first time in 2 years after skipping that portion of the season with Right-Leg injuries. Nadal is leading the pack with outright winner odds of -100, followed by World Ranked #1 Novak Djokovic at +225, while Federer comes in at a bargain +2000.
