founded 43 years ago in 1976 by Jack Nicklaus, The Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village, in the suburbs of Columbus Ohio, is also designed by the founding member. The 2018 Memorial Tournament winner, Bryson Dechambeau won with a -15 to par. Tiger Woods announced he will play this weekend looking to add another win at Muirfield as he has won this event a total of 5 times in his playing career (1999, 2000, 2001, 2009 & 2012). Woods will be looking to bounce back to form, after missing the cut at last weeks PGA Championship by 1 stroke. Odds out favorite right now is Rory Mcilroy at +900, followed by Woods (+1200) and Justin Rose rounding out the top 3 with +1600. 101st PGA Championship

May 16th – through – 19th is the 101st annual PGA Championship to be played this year in Farmingdale New York on Long Island, at the historic Bethpage State Park. The 11 million purse tournament is the highest level of golfs second Major of the year, following up the always challenging Masters Tournament. Last years winner, Brooks Koepka finished with a 72-hole total of 264 to set a PGA Championship record. It should be noted, that the 100th edition of the PGA Championship’s runner up was non-other than this years Masters Champion, Tiger Woods. Tiger lost the 2018 PGA Championship to Brooks by only 2 strokes. After Tigers strong showing through 4 days last month in Augusta, you can understand why he is the tournament favorite this year at Bethpage. The Black Course at Bethpage carries a yardage of 7,468 yards, and has been host to two previous Majors, the 2002 and 2009 U.S. Open. While previously mentioned for his play at Augusta, Tiger is currently the odds-on favorite (+1000) having also been the 2002 U.S. Open winner at Bethpage. Dustin Johnson and his well-regarded long balls off the tee get him second on the odds list (+1100). While last years winner Brooks Koepka, is tied for the third favorite position with Irishmen Rory McIlroy (+1200).
